According to The Blaze http://www.theblaze.com/stories/arbys-blocks-twitter-accounts-of-customers-upset-over-limbaugh-announcement/ Arby's is guilty of blocking customers who criticize the fast food chain for dropping its advertising on the Rush Limbaugh Program. Any major corporation that ventures into social media needs to be able to accept and listen to criticism from customers. That doesn't mean you have to enjoy the criticism, but using a coercive measure like blocking flies in the face of everything the social media space is supposed to be about. Instead, Arby's should take the time to follow and respond to every single person who tweeted any criticism of the Rush Limbaugh advertising decision. Maybe those customers would still have hard feelings toward Arby's, but those feeling might have been softened when the customers realized that at least Arby's listened and treated them respectfully.
